Job description

About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Lead who thrives in a dynamic scale-up environment - someone who can develop product positioning and marketing collateral just as confidently as they can optimize our lead funnel and test new channels. You’ll report directly to our VP of Business Development and collaborate closely with the commercial team, while also working with internal and external content creators.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety - combining online marketing, content development, lead nurturing, and product marketing - and who wants to make a measurable impact in a high-tech B2B company.
Your Key Responsibilities
Own and execute Villari’s marketing strategy, aligning it with business development goals
Manage and improve the lead generation funnel, from awareness to meetings
Experiment with and optimize channels like LinkedIn - tracking what works and scaling accordingly
Lead the development of product marketing content and messaging, including value propositions, use cases, and presentations
Create and coordinate content such as videos, case studies, and newsletters - with help from internal colleagues and external content partners
Maintain and refine marketing collateral used across commercial and technical conversations
Support product and feature launches with structured go-to-market plans
Organize events (e.g. trade shows, partner sessions, webinars)
Work on PR and partnerships to boost visibility and credibility in the industry

Job requirements
What You Bring
At least 7 years of experience in marketing - ideally across both product and lead generation domains
Experience with B2B and/or technical industries
Strong analytical mindset: you understand funnel metrics and can spot opportunities to improve them
Creative storytelling skills for translating complex tech into clear messaging
Comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external creative partners
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
HBO / WO degree or equivalent working/thinking level
Preferably experience with Hubspot and Canva
You live in the Netherlands, are authorized to work here, and are happy to collaborate in person at our Delft office regularly

A salary between €4200,- and €5800,- gross per month, depending on experience.
