About the job
We are looking for a driven Business Developer to join our commercial team and help expand Villari’s global partner network. In this role, you will identify, engage, and build relationships with leading engineering firms and inspection companies to establish and grow strategic partnerships.
You will take an active role in generating and qualifying new opportunities through structured outbound efforts across multiple channels—email, phone, LinkedIn, and international trade events. Working closely with our commercial team, you will design and execute targeted outreach strategies and represent Villari in conversations with key stakeholders around the world.
You’ll operate alongside our Partner Sales Manager, who brings over a decade of experience in building international partner ecosystems. Together, you’ll guide partners from initial contact through to onboarding and commercial activation. As your experience grows, you’ll take increasing ownership of your own deals - from first contact to signed agreement - positioning you to take the lead on key partner accounts.

Key activities
- Drive outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate leads and schedule meetings.
- Identify and connect with potential partners globally, including large engineering firms and trusted local players.
- Attend trade fairs and industry events to acquire new partners and expand the network.
- Collaborate with the commercial team on targeted lead-generation initiatives.
- Lead joint marketing efforts by co-developing promotional plans with partners.
- Enable and support partners through onboarding sessions on Villari’s technology, pricing, and value proposition.
- Coach and motivate partners to actively promote and sell Villari’s solution to their own clients.
- Provide regular updates on sales and marketing progress to keep partners engaged and aligned.

Job requirements
What will you bring?
- Strong commercial drive and relevant sales experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a commercial (B2B) role
- You like to work at the office to work with and learn from colleagues
- Affinity with technical products and / or technical industries
- Excellent communication in English (German, Spanish, French is a plus)
- You have an HBO / WO degree, or can demonstrate academic working and problem-solving abilities
- Preferably a technical degree in Engineering, Physics, or a similar field of study
- You live in The Netherlands and don't need a permit to work in The Netherlands
